2020年於香港中文大學新聞與傳播學院畢業（一級榮譽），副修文化研究。曾任記者。對人類情感和社會關係深感興趣，並探索其與身體和空間之間的關係。另外，關注性別、社群、情緒健康等議題；亦關注人生存之尊嚴。

個人編導之短片《黑暗之光》曾於第十三屆鮮浪潮國際短片節及「鮮浪潮街坊影院」放映，編寫的戲劇作品曾於新域劇團舉辦的「劇場裏的臥虎與藏龍」新劇計劃作公開展演，亦曾在香港文學季徵文比賽中獲公開組冠軍（小說）；其他形式之創作亦曾於本地藝術及生活節作展演。撰寫之報導曾獲正直的人獎學金、第18屆消費權益新聞報道獎優異獎（校園組）等。

目前以文字為主要表達渠道，並積極探索不同的創作及紀實媒介，包括劇場、影像、策劃等。

TANG Chit, Gigi graduated from the School of Journalism and Communication at the Chinese University of Hong Kong in 2020 with First Class Honours, minoring in Cultural Studies. Previously worked as a journalist. She is deeply interested in human emotions and social relationships, exploring their connections with the body and space. She is also concerned with issues related to gender, community, and emotional well-being, as well as the dignity of human existence.

Her self-written and directed short film “Darkness in Light” was screened at the 13th Fresh Wave International Short Film Festival and Fresh Wave Pop-up Cinema. Her theatre work was performed in the “Playwrights Scheme” by Prospects Theatre, and she earned the Winner Prize (Open group, Fiction) in the Hong Kong Literature Season writing competition. Her other creative works were also showcased in local art and cultural festivals. Her journalistic work has received awards, such as the Zengzik Scholarship for Social Justice Journalism and the 18th Consumer Rights Reporting Awards.

She currently uses writing as the primary medium of expression while actively exploring various creative and documentary forms, including theatre, moving images, and curation.

Her biggest wish is to be a truthful person.
